The country has gone through a political crisis, an infrastructure crisis, and now we can expect the activity of criminal organizations.
This is what the well-known political analyst Marat Shibutov writes in his Telegram-channel:
«I have started re-reading Kazakhstani and Russian books on politics and economics in the 1990s. Because right now in Kazakhstan, we will be going through a process similar to that — we will be changing both our political system and our economy.
On the one hand, there is a window of opportunity, but on the other hand, there is a huge pitfall. The chances of falling into the pitfall are no smaller than taking advantage of the window of opportunity.
We need different people, different organizations, and different ideas. On the other hand, some dangerous relics of the past may resurface, which have been dormant at the bottom until now. It’s a new 1992 for us. And everyone needs to take that into account.»
