Aka Bakha Festival
Bakytkeldy Bayasov was born in 1963 in the village of Karasaz, Raiymbek District, Almaty Region. At the age of 17, Bakytkeldy graduated from school and entered what is now called the «Narhoz University.» During his first year there, he was conscripted into the army. In 1981, he was a part of the first Soviet military convoy entering Afghanistan.
Upon his return, he resumed his education but did not complete it, choosing instead to work in a printing house. Relatives say that Bakytkeldy was a courageous individual who wanted to bring order to society, but in his own way.
“At the age of 20, the famous boxer Bekzat Sattarkhanov passed away. He had fulfilled his mission in life and became a national champion at the Sydney Olympics. I believe Bakytkeldy also had his own mission in this life. He diligently pursued it and became a hero of his time. He helped many people, and many feared Bakytkeldy. Before his death, Bakha Festival had plans to build a mosque and even purchased a land lot along the way to Almarasan. However, he never had the chance to complete it.
The attack on Bakytkeldy took place in Kensai in the house of a friend named Askar. Due to the injuries he sustained, he passed away on October 7, 1993.
Aka Ginger Almaz
Nesipbay Nasenov was born in 1961 in Semipalatinsk. In the 1990s, he was convicted of hooliganism and served multiple prison sentences.
Almaz Ginger managed to end up in prison even while being in Kyrgyzstan. He was sentenced to five years of imprisonment by the Issyk-Kul District People’s Court for an armed attack. At the same time, local media reported that he graduated from the «prison university» with honors, had an excellent knowledge of prison laws, and had solid expertise in psychology and money-making strategies.
In addition to his native language, he was proficient in Russian, Armenian, Chechen, and Romani languages. He also studied English. He was involved in sports, including Aikido, and taught his associates various Eastern martial arts.

In 1992, three criminal charges were brought against Nesipbay Nasenov in Almaty. He was accused of possessing cold weapons, tax evasion, and extortion of money from wealthy citizens. Almas was sentenced to five years of imprisonment.
After serving his sentence in prisons in Pavlodar and Mangistau, he established security firms and began conducting legitimate business. However, news of his murder came while he was on one of his trips abroad. Ryzhiy Almaz was shot on May 31, 1998, at a villa in Barcelona.
Sabyr Muslim
Sabir Muslim was born in the South Kazakhstan Region. Those who knew him remember that he helped orphans, the unemployed, and tried to reduce crime.
Actor Tauyekel Muslim is the eldest son of Sabir Muslim.
My father gave me the name Tauyekel. My parents divorced when I was very young, so I can’t really tell you much about him. My mother didn’t object to us having a relationship. Many of Sabir Muslim’s actions were in violation of the law. Due to conflicts with the police, he faced nine criminal charges, but many crimes were not proven. Later, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison for possession of cold weapons. After his release, he struggled with illness for a long time and eventually passed away in Almaty.
Four Brothers
The organized criminal group «Four Brothers» consisted of Serik Matyshev, known as Serik Zhantugel, Kurmangali Satybaldiyev, and Erkin Izbassar.
