There is a scandal in the Kazakh football industry. Famous blogger Ilyas Mynzhasarov reported some facts, that evoked indignation among Kazakh football fans.

The thing is that Kulenko (Russian citizen, born in Kazakhstan) lobbies the interests of the Arsenal FC (Russian city of Tula), where he once used to work. He brings players from there and substitutes national players with them. He also ordered a charter flight from Tula to Kutaisi. Georgia refused to allow them to land and our players arrived there on the very day of the game”.
