Renowned blogger Kirill Pavlov, in a somewhat humorous fashion, conducted an analysis of a photo featuring the leaders of the CSTO countries from the perspective of body language.

«In the photo, three distinct groups are clearly visible, or more precisely, two groups, and Tasmagambetov – he stands like a soldier, maintaining maximum emotional restraint. However, his involuntarily pressed left hand in the torso indicates a probable attempt to diminish his presence or to adopt a non-confrontational, peace-loving position.

Next, in the center stands Tokaev, completely calm and neutral, exuding maximum confidence. Meanwhile, Batka (Lukashenko) conspicuously puffs out his chest, but it’s expected – he is hosting guests in his own home. However, upon closer inspection, his body leans towards Tokaev, despite his attempts to minimize this.

In the last group in the center, Putin is present with clenched fists and large fingers turned inward. Depending on the context, this gesture can signify tension, anxiety, and frustration, or an acknowledgment of the need to protect oneself. It can also indicate an attempt at self-control or self-restraint in a complex or stressful situation.

As for Japarov and Rahmon, without hiding it, they lean towards Putin, whose tie, by the way, has loosened. Judging by Japarov’s face, he seems indifferent, whether willingly or unwillingly. Meanwhile, Rahmon appears sad and melancholic. As always, I’ll repeat that this is just an analysis according to body language – subconscious gestures and not always reflective of reality, although it often coincides with the thoughts and intentions of those being analyzed.»
