A well-known agro-expert has unleashed criticism on unfulfilled promises by the authorities.

In his words:

«Sometimes in life, we make mistakes that we later regret. It’s especially frustrating when it happens on a nationwide scale.

Last year, I fell for the promises of the authorities and supported the initiative to allow farmers to scrutinize businesses.

The beautiful promises to seize land from the late Bolaat Nazarbayev and other representatives of SK — the latifundists — turned out to be a farce and profanation.

I don’t know about the millions of hectares they report on locally, but in reality, we see that oligarchs had hundreds of thousands of hectares, and they still do.

Now the question arises: then who were these mythical millions of hectares confiscated from?

The answer is obvious. Recently, there was a scandal in Rudny because the Kostanai DUZR fined a woman for a flower bed under her window — it’s a land seizure of a very important territory under the balcony. Fortunately, Temirzhanov returned the fine to the woman.

In Pavlodar, they are seizing land under the entrance group of a store, under a tire service, and they don’t even hesitate to take 7 square meters.

But the Kostanai DUZR official is ahead of the entire planet. He dug into a grave along the road, claiming it was illegal.

Can’t you leave the dead alone? Leave them these one and a half square meters. Is it only me who feels ashamed of such things?

You, gentlemen farmers, only need a leather coat and a Mauser in a holster, then everything will fall into place.

I don’t know how tough the farmers will be going forward (I have a full inbox of complaints about them), but this is a good reason to tell you about the main latifundists in each region, their flaws, or achievements.

I don’t even know if Minister Saparov will do anything about this, considering his family ties and the land ownership of his brothers… I’m afraid, in the end, we’ll have to go on a tour of some regions, and visit the unfortunate peasants who have had their last, albeit unreliable, source of income taken away.»
