MP Murat Abenov addresses state bodies to eliminate that violation.

In his Facebook, he published a furious post:

“A Kazakh web-site openly promotes its illegal service – foreign citizens may receive a Kazakh Individual Identification Number without necessity to visit Kazakh in person.  That is a criminal scheme, which is not being operated before the eyes of state bodies.  .

Is it corruption protected by state bodies, or is it culpable negligence?

Why Minister of Interior, Minister of Digital Development and Minister of Information have not done anything to stop that company and shut their web-site down? Personal interest?

Shutting down that back-door is easy – you got the web-site, you know who registered it, you have phone numbers and names of the lawyers, who facilitate the service.

If that is a criminal “couple”, then those protecting the business should be sought in Interior Ministry and Ministry of Digital Development.
